Attorney Justin Wallace is one of the founding partners of Mayer, Graff & Wallace. Justin grew up in rural western New York, obtained degrees in Math and English from Grinnell College in Iowa, graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School, and moved to Manitowoc in 2008 to work for a law firm specializing in the representation of insurance companies and other large organizations. After twelve years, Justin’s personality and drive drew him to fighting for people and businesses against forces that sometimes seem insurmountable. Justin has been first or second chair trial counsel in over a dozen matters and loves the process of the jury trial. He has been known to find news stories where a local individual or business needs trial counsel and to reach out to them for the chance to provide that service. He has obtained successful jury verdicts for clients in Sheboygan, Manitowoc, Brown, and other counties throughout Wisconsin. Justin successfully argued in front of the Wisconsin Supreme Court in 2018’s Talley v. Mustafa Mustafa, 2018 WI 47, which the Journal Sentinel described as sharply dividing the Wisconsin Supreme Court, but ultimately in favor of Justin’s client. In twelve years, Justin has been counsel of record in Wisconsin courts for clients on 316 occasions. This isn’t his first rodeo.
Outside of the office, Justin enjoys his responsibilities as dad to two Bernese Mountain Dogs (Cal and Samwell) and serves on the Board of Directors of Pine Hills Country Club. If you’re a good golfer, he always needs a strong two-man partner! Justin loves international travel and has adventured to France, Spain, and Japan in the last two years. He’s also into stuff like math and cosmology and dog walks in the woods and cabins on lakes. He looks forward to the opportunity to work with you.
