MGW Law: Helping You Push Back Against Insurers
Dealing with the insurance company can be a pain. We get it because our attorneys at MGW Law used to work in the insurance industry. We will use the knowledge and 50 combined years of experience that we’ve gained to help you. We thoroughly understand the tactics that insurance companies use to deny people’s claims and act in bad faith. We know how to call their bluff and tenaciously pursue the compensation you deserve. It doesn’t matter who you are or where you live in Wisconsin – if your insurance provider is trying to weasel their way out of paying out damages, call us at 920-383-3911. Our job is to pursue the compensation you deserve through integrity, persistence and fierce client advocacy.
We Have Extensive Experience Handling Bad Faith Claims
In Wisconsin, insurers cannot deny you payouts or coverage without having a reasonable basis for it. However, that doesn’t stop many insurers across the state from withholding coverage and support for their policyholders. From our years working in the insurance industry, we know the discrete methods and tactics insurers will use to protect their bottom lines. Since we opened our firm, we have continued to see these bad faith practices from Wisconsin insurers offering:
- Auto insurance
- Health insurance
- Disability insurance
- Homeowners Insurance
- Rental insurance
We have a thorough understanding of the unique insurance laws that govern each of these types of policies in Wisconsin and are ready to use that knowledge to your advantage. Call us at 920-383-3911 to learn more about how we can support you.
Our Track Record Of Success
We have seen and handled a lot throughout our years of practice. To us, no challenge is too big or too daunting for us to take on. Some of our most successful cases have included the following:
- We convinced insurers to cover the full cost of replacing a collapsed roof on a woman’s cabin. Initially, they offered her a smaller settlement, but we knew she deserved better.
- We recovered $2.275 million after an insurance company only offered to pay a business $28,000 to cover expensive flood damages.
- We recovered $2.5 million in damages for a condo association after hail damage wrecked people’s units. The insurance company initially denied the entirety of its claim.
- We recovered $1.75 million for an individual who suffered a serious personal injury, and the insurance company denied their claim outright.
These are only a few examples of what we have been able to do for our clients. Visit our Testimonials page to discover similar stories.
